Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born on October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) and Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voices her as well as Robot Chicken's voice and She's All That (1999), respectively. The series was launched with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.
